Professional Bio
I’m a dedicated manufacturing professional with over 10 years of experience in aerospace production, structural assembly, and process improvement. Currently, I work at Airbus as a Structures Assembler /Delegated Inspector and active member of the Culture MFT team, where I’ve had the opportunity to lead initiatives that improve both operational flow and team morale.
One of my proudest accomplishments was launching Little Things Big Impact, a grassroots program that started within our team and grew into a sitewide initiative. It’s a reflection of how I approach work: with a mindset for continuous improvement, collaboration, and leadership at every level.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong foundation in technical processes—interpreting schematics and 80-Ts, working with the FPS system, and maintaining strict compliance with FAA and OSHA standards. I’ve also mentored apprentices, reduced non-conformities, and actively participated in cross-functional efforts to streamline production and communication between departments.
I’ve completed multiple leadership development programs, including Airbus’ Future Leaders and FLi: Managing & Leading in Production, and recently graduated from McKinsey’s Black Leadership Essentials program. These experiences have sharpened my ability to lead from the ground up, especially in high-performance, fast-paced environments.
Now, I’m exploring new opportunities in leading initiatives and Operations where I can combine my technical background, process mindset, and leadership experience to drive measurable impact and long-term growth—for both the organization and the teams I support.
