Professional Bio
Lisa Ross is a Senior Account Manager for Supplier Diversity and Service Parts at Magna. Lisa has been responsible for Magna’s Supplier Diversity Program for more than ten years which requires developing customized strategies to accommodate the specific needs of more than 150 Magna facilities. In addition, she manages internal communications utilizing SharePoint and a quarterly newsletter. Lisa is an active member of 15 Supplier Diversity councils and chambers.
In addition to Supplier Diversity, Lisa is in charge of Magna’s Service Parts requirements. She works closely with the Magna divisions to ensure they meet the service parts requirements and expectations.
Outside of her job responsibilities, Lisa is Vice Chair of Magna’s Women’s eXchange (Wx) employee resource community and leads the Internal Brand Committee. Outside of work, Lisa is an advocate for various social justice causes. She is a member of Fems for Democracy, active in local government, and has worked to obtain signatures for various ballot initiatives in her free time.
