Lisa Jock is a Vice President of Market Sales at Randstad USA, the leading global provider of flexible staffing and recruitment services. She has an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University and over 17 years of experience in the industry, where she has supported businesses across New England with innovative and customized solutions to address their workforce challenges and goals.
As a Connecticut Manufacturing Ambassador, Lisa leverages her expertise in the manufacturing sector to advocate and advise decision makers and job seekers on the advances and opportunities in this field. She is passionate about helping her customers overcome skill shortages, compete for talent, and plan for growth and expansion. She and her team work collaboratively with their clients to serve as a trustworthy extension of their operations and human resources teams.

As a VP at Randstad, she is experienced in internal hiring, team building and leadership development as a mentor for colleagues and leaders across the organization.
