I am proud to be a woman in a manufacturing industry because it allows me to be a "success" as I define success. To me, being successful means that I live out my values every day.
At my core, I strive to leave everything I touch–people, processes, and products–better than I found them. This belief and my deep faith permeate my relationships at work, at home, and with my friends.
Manufacturing creates opportunities for all people to bring out the best in themselves and each other. There are always growth and improvement opportunities with so many different areas to invent yourself. You can create the career you want if you are willing to do the work. It is like a having a blank canvas ready to paint!
