Lindsey has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management spanning multiple industries from construction, logistics and manufacturing. Lindsey has worked at ABT since 2018 as an
HR Business Partner and most recently as the Director of Human Resources. She has experience in employee relations, talent and performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University
and is currently pursuing her Master of Jurisprudence Degree in Labor and Employment Law.
In addition, Lindsey has obtained her Compensation Studies Certificate from Cornell
University as well as her SHRM-SCP certificate.
