LINDSAY M MCMAHON

Lindsay’s 19 years of experience includes work in both public and private accounting. Starting her career at RSM, Lindsay focused on developing strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry, spending much of her time working with private-equity funded entities. After eight years at RSM, Lindsay began working as a financial controller for a large family office with ties in the manufacturing industry, offering both accounting and tax advisory services for a broad range of holdings, both in the US and internationally, including real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and private equity investments. Upon her return to RSM, Lindsay has focused her time on privately held companies, serving entities and their owners in industries including consumer products, construction and real estate, manufacturing and distribution, technology, and service providers, with a specific focus on taxation of pass-through entities.

Lindsay helps ensure that clients are fulfilling their tax filing requirements and assists in the application of a complex tax code to their specific situations. She is experienced at identifying and implementing tax-savings opportunities available to businesses and their owners to help ensure that clients do not overpay income taxes. Her experience as both an outside service provider and internal advisor give her a unique perspective that enables her to meet the individualistic demands of these clients.
