Her professional journey has encompassed diverse roles across HR, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Operations, and Finance, equipping her with a holistic understanding of organizational needs and recruitment strategies. In her current role, Lauren consults with companies worldwide, designing custom recruiting solutions that address complex hiring challenges.

Known for her ability to listen, analyze, and craft effective strategies, she is passionate about helping organizations elevate their recruitment efforts and hire better. Lauren is a strong believer in AI’s potential, helping clients identify ways to integrate AI ethically into the recruitment and business process. Lauren’s expertise extends across multiple industries, including Technology, Finance, and Healthcare, with a particular focus on the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. Her innovative approach and track record of success have earned her numerous accolades, including the Woman of Influence awards in both Talent Acquisition and RPO.

Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University and is also active in SHRM. Outside of her professional role, she is a certified coach to her world ranked ninja warrior daughter, and she has a farm with a ‘whole lot’ of chickens.
