Passionate Learning & Development strategist, instructional designer, and leadership development advocate with over 12 years of experience helping people grow and organizations thrive. From global corporations like Siemens and PepsiCo to mission-driven organizations like NASA and Dallas ISD, I’ve designed and led impactful learning initiatives that close skill gaps, improve performance, and spark meaningful change.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy and heart. I believe learning should be actionable, inclusive, and empowering. Whether I'm building onboarding programs for manufacturing teams, designing leadership development experiences for high-potential talent, or facilitating training for global teams, I bring a learner-first mindset and a data-driven approach to everything I do.
I hold certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Talent Development (CPTD), and I specialize in applying proven frameworks like ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and the 70:20:10 model to create high-impact learning solutions. My background also includes military service, secondary education, and large-scale event planning each of which taught me the value of resilience, clarity, and community.
