I believe in leading with positivity and building genuine connections. No matter the role I have been in, whether it was customer service, marketing, or now sales, the part I have loved most is helping people and making their day a little better.

I have spent over seven years in customer service and also have a background in digital marketing, which taught me the value of clear communication and staying people-focused. Today, I am growing in my role with Ingersoll Rand on the National Inside Sales team, where I get to collaborate, learn, and continue making an impact.
