Kristina Young

As an Academic Pipelines Leader at Boeing, I drive the development and expansion of educational pipelines that connect K12, higher education, and workforce development programs to ensure a highly skilled talent pipeline for aerospace manufacturing and fabrication. With 17+ years of experience in Aerospace, I have successfully established and maintained partnerships with key stakeholders, including employees, unions, government agencies, and industry leaders, to bridge the gap between education and workforce needs.

My expertise spans workforce development, apprenticeship program management, and curriculum design, with a strong background in employee training and development. I have designed, delivered, and managed both e-learning and in-person training programs that have upskilled new hires and supported continuing education initiatives to strengthen Boeing’s manufacturing workforce.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training from Colorado State University and am passionate about developing innovative, skills-based learning pathways that empower individuals, advance workforce readiness, and contribute to the future of aerospace and manufacturing.
