Kristen serves as an Associate Vice President of Business Insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency. Her expertise in consultative risk assessment and strategy development allows her to assist organizations in effectively managing their coverage while controlling costs. Additionally, her Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) designation further demonstrates her commitment to professional excellence in the insurance industry.
Before joining Marsh McLennan Agency in 2024, Kristen gained experience at another large brokerage firm, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in the field. Prior to her insurance career, she worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer in collegiate and professional football, as well as a medical device representative for Smith & Nephew. This diverse background in sports medicine and business management provides Kristen with a unique perspective when evaluating risk and developing tailored insurance solutions for clients.
Kristen holds a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of North Texas, with a focus on Business Management, Sports Management, and Kinesiology. Additionally, she obtained bachelor's degrees from the University of Alabama and the University of Oregon in Athletic Training and General Science, respectively. Kristen is also a proud veteran of the United States Army.
