I am a visionary and can see the big picture and set priorities through strategic planning to ensure the facility is moving in the right direction to exceed the goals and objectives of the organization. I understand how to win hearts and minds to create opportunities and remove barriers for team members at all levels to develop and be successful. My strength is translating the goals and objectives of the organization to actionable priorities that drive significant and sustained results.

What's unique about me is my expert knowledge in continuous improvement tools and methods, quality systems and requirements, and project management principles. I have led teams in union, non union, and self directed environments for private and public companies in branded and private label food, packaging, and automotive industries. I am an energetic leader who is goal oriented, competitive, curious, and analytical and has a proven track record of significant and sustained improved results in safety, morale, quality, productivity, service, and cost.
