Kelley Plats

Kelley Plats is the Business Development Manager at North American Coating Laboratories, specializing in customer growth, technical sales, and marketing strategy across optics and photonics. She is also a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Northwood University, where her research focuses on leadership development through ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. A leader inside and outside the workplace, Kelley serves as Vice President of a community theatre, mentors college students, and volunteers in her community. She is passionate about leadership, creativity, and developing people to reach their full potential.
