Don Clifton defines my top five strengths as belief, achiever, learner, self-assurance and ideation. I have a passion for motivating the world around me through laughter, curiosity, empowerment, and engagement. I am tenaciously chasing my dream to lead a transformational team who refuses to settle for simply delivering the expectations. I yearn to lead the team that will raise eyebrows, elicit positive change and knock it out of the park every day.

I have had a progressive career path and look forward to bringing growth and enrichment to myself and others with every future challenge. I am committed to seeing results and thrive in change and ambiguity. I bring inherent motivation and drive everywhere I go.
