Katherine Larimore

Having great communication skills and being able to explain complex concepts to all knowledge levels is a required skill in immigration and compliance that you learn along the way. Also having the ability to train employees on the I-9 processes and regulations to keep the company within compliance is something I am very passionate about.

Along the way I have had great colleagues and mentors and hope to be able to give back one day. One of my favorite parts of immigration is being able to partner with so many wonderful people and functions in the business.
