Professional Bio
Kalli Klever is a senior program manager and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). Her portfolio of projects require that she understand the roles, perspectives, and goals for the various stakeholders involved in a project to ensure they are integrated to a holistic picture in alignment with company and customer objectives. This includes leading through influence with all impacted functions, from sales to operational shipping execution.
Kalli enjoys leading high value, critical integration projects across the enterprise, driving tangible and intangible value to Boeing and has spent more than half of her career in formal leadership roles. She is a collaborative and transformational leader extensive experience in the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices and lean. Kalli has held multiple supply chain and program management leadership roles across the entire life cycle of a product including, product development, contracts & risk management, operations, and the aftermarket.
In 2014, Kalli received the enterprise Boeing Finance Excellence Award, Value Integrator. Kalli is currently participating in the 2023 BGS Leadership Launch 2 Cohort and is an alumnus from leadership development programs across the Boeing enterprise, including Leadership Next (LX) (2015), Program Managers Workshop (2016), Enterprise Mentoring (2017), and Aerospace Industry Manufacturing Seminar (AIMS) (2022).
Kalli holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in accounting and general business from Central Washington University and a master’s degree in management, strategy, and leadership from Michigan State University. Kalli lives in the Phoenix area and enjoys spending her free time with her family in the valley of the sun.
