Currently, I serve as the Operational Unit Technician for the RV Line at Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation, where I meticulously track all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Line Strategy. Collaborating closely with our OU Manager and Supervisors, I provide crucial data and support to ensure the line's success across various facets, including quality inspection, manufacturing/engineering enhancements, and leadership development. I actively participate in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) groups as well.
