With nearly 30 years of HR experience, my path has proudly remained with all things manufacturing. Starting with cereal products in Battle Creek, then automotive parts and the ever-present steel industry, my passion throughout the years has been to coach and develop others through multiple methodologies. As a Central Michigan University alum with a BSBA in Human Resources Management, I am also a certified practitioner of MBTI, Korn Ferry Leadership Solution, and Prosci ® Change Management.
