With 25+ years of experience spanning the USA, Germany, China, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, and Australia, I’ve held leadership roles at BASF, Cognis, and expert positions at Lucent Technologies and Deloitte. My experience has given me insight into complex production operations, asset-intensive industries, and regulated environments.
As a consultant, I help manufacturing, chemicals, agriculture, aerospace, and automotive companies design organizations that enable strategic growth, operational resilience, and innovation. My approach integrates industry knowledge with a structured, participatory process to ensure practical, lasting impact.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Western Australia and have completed coursework in Organization Design, Strategy, and Design Thinking at RWTH Aachen, D-Collective/University of Würzburg, MIT, and Michigan Ross Business School.
A global professional, I’ve relocated eight times, working across cultures and industries to drive transformation. Now based in Oregon, I continue to support leaders in navigating organizational complexity with clarity and confidence.
