Professional Bio
Jimena Sayavedra serves as an Associate at Newmark specializing in all aspects of industrial real estate. She represents C-level executives, supply chain professionals, industrial developers and business owners. She partners with Elise Couston, SIOR to advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leases, site selection, sale/leasebacks, and investment properties.
Since joining Newmark, Jimena has successfully utilized its comprehensive platform of real estate resources to provide clients with first class services, and expanded her role to serve clients locally, nationally and internationally.
Sayavedra received her master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy with a specialization in Economic Development from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. She is a fluent speaker of both English and Spanish.
She is an avid runner and has completed 27 marathons including Boston, Chicago and New York Marathons.
