I am a Strategic Marketing Leader at Carlisle Companies, where I lead global brand and growth strategy across multiple businesses - Carlisle TyrFil, Carlisle Polyurethane Systems, and Carlisle Spray Foam Insulation. I specialize in industrial and B2B marketing, translating complex technical solutions into clear, compelling value propositions that support sales teams, distributors, OEM partners, and end users.
In my role, I oversee brand positioning, content strategy, digital marketing, and go-to-market initiatives, working closely with sales, R&D, technical service, and operations teams. I am known for my strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, and I am passionate about elevating the role of marketing within manufacturing.
I currently serve as Secretary for Women of Carlisle ESG and actively advocate for professional development, sustainability, and inclusive leadership within the manufacturing sector.
