I serve as the Vice President and incoming President of George Grant Company, a specialized manufacturers’ representative firm based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a third-generation owner, I am currently navigating the rewarding challenge of transitioning our family business into its next era of leadership.

Our firm covers the Southeast, connecting industrial clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors with engineered solutions rather than commodity products. My focus is on building a culture where we act as trusted technical partners, prioritizing clarity and expertise over volume. I am passionate about bridging the gap between complex industrial needs and future-ready solutions, and I am deeply committed to supporting the evolving role of women in the manufacturing industry.
