Professional Bio
Jenni Owen is a seasoned project management professional with over 30 years of experience, including 15 years in leadership roles across project management, operations, engineering, and technical support. She is recognized for her ability to build and lead high-performing teams through coaching, development, and fostering innovation. Jennifer excels in bridging departmental silos and driving continuous improvement.
Currently, Jenni serves as the Manager, Engineering and Supply at Alfa Laval, Inc., where she oversees the managers of Engineering, Automation Engineering, Project Management, and Supply. In this role, she leads the execution of large Food Systems projects for Alfa Laval in the US and Canada. Her previous roles include Director of Project Management at Alliance Engineering, Inc., and various leadership positions at Dominion Energy and Tennessee Valley Authority, where she managed extensive portfolios and led significant process improvements.
Jenni holds a Master of Business Administration from Averett University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed numerous specialized training programs, including Six Sigma, Senior Reactor Operator Certification, and leadership development courses.
