I am an award-winning Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Operations leader turned Executive Coach and Advisor. Over the course of my 30-year career, I’ve led more than $2 billion in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and R&D transformations, as well as global strategic planning initiatives within Fortune 500 companies.
Today, I partner with technical leaders and executive teams to grow their influence, inspire alignment, and drive sustainable impact. I support leaders and transformation programs by helping align strategy with execution, foster high-performing teams, and lead change with confidence and clarity.
