As the Director, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse & Analytics at Magnera, a global manufacturer of engineered components & transformative solutions, I lead the development and implementation of the analytics platform, master data management and data warehousing strategy for the company and its subsidiaries. I enable accurate and timely data insight that supports strategic business decisions at all levels and empowers end users with self-service training and applications.
With over 25 years of experience in analytics, data, and business intelligence management, I have a passion for making data make sense.
I have a proven record of delivering process improvement, supply chain optimization, inventory management, and new product implementations using Tableau, Azure, SAP, SQL, and other tools. I have also successfully managed global and cross-functional teams, and managed ERP integration, acquisition, and divestiture projects.
My mission is to establish a strong and profitable data-driven business environment for an organization, its internal and external customers.
Experience as both business and IT leads, with an understanding of the communication and relevant gaps between technical and practical applications.
