Professional Bio
I have been in the manufacturing industry since 2014 with a primary emphasis on quality and project management with experience in CI, ISO and LEAN. Prior to entering the world of manufacturing, I was in higher education for 13+ years with a focus on regulatory affairs, compliance and instructional design. Having a gift for being highly analytical and organized in addition to a quality driven mind and a flexible nature has allowed me to be successful in both manufacturing and higher education.
On the flip side of being analytical and organized I have a complete love for the sometimes chaotic aspects of people and am very passionate in assisting them in developing skills beyond their own personal expectations both inside and outside of the office. That passion has helped me build exceptional relationships with direct employees, colleagues and peers even in the most diverse environments.
On a more personal note...I consider myself a blue-sky junkie with a love of tacos, coffee and craft brews...give me a blue sky even on the wildest of days and it makes me smile!
