Talent Acquisition Leader with over 10 years of robust experience across a range of roles, responsibilities, and human capital projects in a variety of industries (oil & gas, chemical manufacturing, technology).
Upon graduating from Texas A&M University, Haley entered the world of Talent Acquisition by joining Airswift, an Oil & Gas recruitment firm. After completing a large-scale staffing project, Haley was promoted from Recruiter to Account Manager and later to Client Service Manager where she was responsible for building relationships with both candidates and clients alike, mentoring a team, and growing the business by developing strategies and leveraging existing relationships.
After seven years at Airswift, Haley joined Amazon and managed a team of recruiters to perform high-volume sourcing of Operations Leaders across the USA. Haley then became an inaugural member of Amazon’s Recruiting Experimentation and Optimization Team where she created, tested, and validated new approaches to recruiting. There, she cultivated her passions for research, data analysis, writing, and crafting bespoke talent strategies. Combining her ability to deliver hires and develop new sourcing approaches, Haley transitioned to a Senior Research Lead role on the AWS Global Talent Intelligence team. There, she served as an internal talent consultant responsible for leveraging data and talent intelligence to create bespoke solutions to close gaps across a variety of talent initiatives globally.
Currently, Haley serves as Manager of Talent and Culture at Ketjen, a new subsidiary of Albemarle Corporation. In this role, she leads global activities associated with all stages of the talent life cycle including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and learning and development.
In her free time, Haley enjoys traveling around the world, riding horses, cooking new recipes, and reading.
