Professional Bio
Gretchen Dildine is a Sr. Program Manager with responsibility over all manufacturing projects at the Boeing Guidance Repair Center in Heath, OH supporting contracts from various business partners within Boeing and outside contractors. Prior to her current position she oversaw all direct government projects including ICBM and Aircraft repair contracts and was instrumental in winning several large, long term contracts in support of both programs that provides work scope into the 2030s. When she joined the program as a Project Management Specialist, she was responsible for execution of the ICBM repair contract and ensuring requirements are met. She was the Site Diversity Focal for several years. Gretchen graduated from Franklin University, with a bachelor's degree in Forensic Accounting, and received her Masters of Business Administration in May 2011. Previous positions within Boeing included Contracts & Pricing Administrator and Estimating & Pricing Specialist. She joined Boeing in 2007. Prior to joining The Boeing Company, Gretchen held various positions in private industry including project management for a large real estate development company; marketing manager for local retail consultant; executive level assistant for CEO/owner of company.
