Gloriana Teh

Gloriana Teh is the founder and owner of Claritas Consulting & Coaching. She equips leaders and organizations so their people and projects thrive! Claritas provides talent development and strategy consulting services to organizations to improve retention and productivity along with leadership and career coaching services.

Gloriana has over 20 years of corporate experience working with multi-national companies. Prior to consulting, she used to support chemical manufacturing processes and understands the talent development needs in manufacturing. Gloriana is a chemical engineer by training and prior to consulting managed a team responsible for process development and optimization for a $300+ million and a $500+ million specialty chemicals division for Lonza. She has also led large, complex projects, including a $1 billion portfolio optimization program for a Fortune 500 company.

Gloriana received her MBA from Boston University. She is a certified Harrison Assessments solutions provider, Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Positive Intelligence coach. Gloriana especially enjoys coaching mid-level managers with technical backgrounds.
