Professional Bio
Attended Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics and was on the WWU Cheer team for 4 years. Of my time on this team, I was a stunt lead for 2 years and Captain for 1 year. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with International Business Concentration.
From the time I turned 16 up until the end of my college career, I worked in Retail: Sales Associate, Visual Merchandising (including travel) and leadership development. During my senior year of college, I had the honor to become a selected member for the National Cheerleaders Association. Traveling to various locations across the western US region where I helped teach technical skills and leadership values at summer camps.
Post-college, I began my professional career as a Contract Renewal Specialist at a network testing company. After 1 year in this role, I was asked to become the Channel Operations Data Analyst. My responsibilities included Export Compliance (US Restricted/Denied Party screening, processing data privacy requests, distribution partner on-boarding, liaison for any contract red-line or legal rider requests working closely with our legal team and executive leadership), partner compensation analyst/auditor, and sole management/maintenance of our partner portal website.
I currently work at Boeing (Everett Delivery Center) as a Quality Systems Specialist.
Skills: All Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel and SQL Management Sever), CRM Account Management (M365 Dynamics, Salesforce), Customer Service (internal/external stakeholder and federal level digital communication), Livingston US Denied Party screening management tool, digital marketing content creation, website portal design/development, creating process documentation and mindfully working with all levels of an organization or 3rd party.
