Program Development Associate | Alabama Technology Network
Essence is a dynamic and accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in compliance, talent acquisition, and program development across state government, non-profit, and private sectors. Currently serving as a Program Development Associate at the Alabama Technology Network (ATN), Essence fosters strategic relationships with manufacturers across Alabama, helping to optimize supply chains and support economic development initiatives.
With a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from Alabama State University, she combines a strong academic foundation with expertise in communication, organizational development, and strategic planning. Her professional journey includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Employee Development Coordinator, where she led initiatives that increased operational efficiencies, improved recruitment processes, and enhanced workforce training programs.
As a passionate advocate for fostering growth and efficiency, Essence is committed to empowering manufacturers and advancing women in the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops and spending quality time with family.
