Emily is an accomplished Director and Strategist with a passion for Executive Search and Leadership Advisory. With a background in executive placement, sales, and corporate leadership, Emily has dedicated over 15 years to mastering the intricacies of helping organizations attract and retain top leadership talent.
Beginning in IT Recruiting in the Healthcare sector, Emily quickly established herself as a leader in the industry with recordbreaking performance for the largest IT recruiting company in the US.
From there, she began her journey developing executive client relationships and providing search services for several high-growth firms. Emily joined Dell, where she held roles as an HR Business Partner and Talent Strategist. She was then asked to lead Talent Acquisition efforts for Boomi, a Dell-owned Cloudbased Software Integration company.
Her broad background and keen understanding of executive client needs led her to pursue
a career in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory, where her skills and experience are best aligned. Emily is known for her ability to build lasting and meaningful relationships with senior leadership and deliver impactful results through strategic business development.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Emily is also passionate about her growing family, love of horses, and commitment to supporting Alzheimer’s research and awareness.
