Delphia Lackey

I am a change leader, with a diverse business and technical background. I serve as the IT Account Manager for Altria’s Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental functions. I have worked in manufacturing in maintenance and logistics, and in technical functions aligned with product development and regulatory affairs. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a MS from Florida Institute of Technology in Supply Chain and Operations Management. I am a continuous improvement focused Six Sigma Yellow Belt who champions inclusive and diverse teams, leveraging critical thinking. I am a member of the Lumbee tribe of NC. The Lumbee tribe is the largest Native American tribe east of the Mississippi. I serve on the board of the non-profit Altrusa of the Capital City.
