Danita Ecklar is an accomplished HR professional with over 24 years of experience. She is passionate about transforming HR strategies into enjoyable, productive experiences that drive team and organizational success. Known for her creative ability to foster vibrant, engaging workplaces where employees feel valued and motivated, Danita believes there's no reason we can't make work a place everyone loves to be.
Danita holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communications from Georgetown College and a Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a member of National and Bluegrass SHRM, with certifications in Workplace Mental Health and Employing Abilities at Work.
In her personal time, Danita enjoys spending time with her family, boating on Lake Cumberland, volunteering in her church and community, and being a radio talk show host.
