Professional Bio
Dana Miarmi serves as Senior Vice President for Project & Development Services (PDS) for the Northeast region with 15+ years of diversified architectural development and interior design experience. In this role she is focused on Developing and Maintaining Clients Relationships, Business Strategy, Project Management Solutions and sharing best practices. Dana has extensive experience in delivering design and project management solutions for a diverse range of manufacturing and industrial clients including those in aviation, defense, pharmaceutical industries as well as a wide range of industrial ground-up developments.
Prior to joining JLL, Dana worked as a Managing Director for Mancini Duffy in Red Bank, NJ and has served as the Director of Project and Development at SAA Interiors + Architecture. She began her career working on regional and international ground-up projects for Gensler’s Washington, DC, office and then joined its Aviation Studio in New York City working with clients like Delta and JetBlue.
As the Director of Projects and Development in SAA’s New Jersey office, Dana managed East Coast architectural and interior design and industrial projects. From Georgia to Rhode Island, she worked with a large aerospace manufacturing company to build a new ground-up 500,000-square-foot facility in Savannah, Georgia, where the client later built their next-generation aircraft. She also worked with a similar client to design a 200,000-square-foot facility for their next generation of submarines. Dana has worked with several Global and National-based developers, pharmaceutical, industrial, and manufacturing clients such as Gulfstream, Electric Boat, Glebar, Stryker, Sanofi Aventis and many more.
