Collaborative – concerned and involved, energetic and passionate, focused to help every member of the group succeed. Ideas produce results

Confidant – genuine and thoughtful, always follow through on promises, bring calmness to chaos, [personal philosophy] I must earn my right to be here every day
Courteous – share the “why”, focus on the things that matter, respect others’ time by being present
Consistent – I don’t have all of the answers, but I hope to welcome everyone to the table, encourage conversation, inspire ideas and win as a team
