Colishia Dunbar, a proud native of Kingstree, South Carolina—a town of just over 3,000 residents—has achieved remarkable academic and professional success. She is a wife, mother, mentor, speaker, and recipient of the Molinaroli CEC Outstanding Young Alumni Award. A passionate advocate for women in STEM, Colishia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina system.

With over a decade of experience, Colishia is a strategic and influential leader in Sales and Product Marketing. She has a proven track record of shaping go-to-market strategies, launching innovative products, and building strong customer relationships across the utilities, HVAC, and manufacturing sectors. Known for blending technical expertise with business insight, she consistently drives revenue growth, enhances product positioning, and fosters cross-functional collaboration. Her strength lies in turning complex market needs into clear, actionable plans that boost brand visibility and deliver measurable results.

Colishia is also deeply committed to mentorship, particularly through her work with first-generation students at USC’s Molinaroli College of Engineering and Computing. Guided by the belief that every challenge presents an opportunity, she founded Coco’s Trust—a platform dedicated to empowering students, young adults, and women to overcome obstacles and pursue new possibilities.
