I have enjoyed my work in Lean Six Sigma, various leadership positions, and reliability engineering in multiple maintenance departments. My passions include building strong and motivated teams, creating a culture of inclusive leadership through D&I, implementing valuable and sustained solutions through Lean Six Sigma, and mentoring the next generation of Engineers & Agents of Change through my connections with the University of South Carolina & SWENext programs.
