I am a certified executive coach with nearly 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, specializing in operations, continuous improvement, and people development. As the founder of Bakx Leadership Solutions, I help women in manufacturing grow their leadership skills, increase their influence, and navigate the unique challenges of working in a male-dominated industry.
Having held roles from quality and food safety to plant management, I understand the demands of manufacturing leadership firsthand. My coaching approach is practical and results-driven, focused on building confidence, communication, and strategic problem-solving.
