Professional Bio
After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998, I began my career as a floor nurse in the gastro-uro surgical and ortho-neuro units, as well as in lithotripsy. In 2000, I rejoined my family’s pallet manufacturing and recycling business, bringing with me a deep appreciation for structure, safety, and care for people. I initially took on the Human Resources role, developing and implementing a comprehensive safety program and managing benefits, payroll, and workers’ compensation.
Over the past 25 years, my responsibilities have grown to include accounting, IT, and office management. As a second-generation owner, I’ve led the creation and implementation of our company’s day-to-day policies, standard operating procedures, and safety systems. I’ve also overseen major modernization efforts, including the integration of an ERP system and the installation of advanced machinery such as grinders, saws, and automated pallet nailing equipment.
With the third generation now joining our team, we’re focused on expanding our footprint while staying true to our core values of sustainability and stewardship. We take pride in being carbon negative through our support of reforestation efforts with the National Wood Pallet & Container Association.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about raising awareness of the dangers of texting and driving in memory of my father, Dave Muslovski, who was killed by a distracted driver. I’m also an active member of St. Jude Catholic church, serving on the parish finance council.
