Chelsea Landis

I am relatively early in my career, with five years of experience in a high speed beverage manufacturing environment, and I recently made a change to food manufacturing as a QA Coordinator at Rich Products. I have experience as both a Production Supervisor and Business Unit Manager, and during my time in the latter I had the opportunity to work directly with EY to lead the implementation of Integrated Work Systems on two can lines. I have a passion for learning about operations, problem-solving, and building confidence of my team through coaching.
