With 29 years of hands-on experience across the workforce spectrum, Cepi specializes in translating complex risk into practical, scalable solutions that safeguard people, profits, and performance.
As the founder and driving force behind Power Hub Bakersfield (PHB), Cepi builds collaborative ecosystems where leaders connect and accelerate growth. Her leadership extends beyond PHB: she serves as a Business Consultant at MCSC Kern Women’s Business Center, has a heart for youth workforce development, and actively contributes to Women in Manufacturing initiatives and sits on the Women in Safety Excellence as a trusted advisor for diverse industries.
Cepi sits on the Visionary Leadership Committee for Blood Cancer United (LLS), championing initiatives that empower communities and advance cancer research and care.
