I have been self employed in manufacturing for over 28 years. I started Pieceworks, Inc., as a homebased custom contract business when our 3 boys were all young. Since then the company has grown substantially and is now housed in a separate facility that my husband and I built. I have managed and operated Pieceworks since its beginning and have had the opportunity to train and retain an incredible workforce during this period. Additionally, I have been able to preserve a customized approach, offering manufacturing and assembly services to a variety of business type and size. Pieceworks, Inc. provides a unique niche in the manufacturing sector.
