Cathy Rinne

I began my career with Flex-Line Automation, Inc. packing orders, and arranging shipping. I quickly graduated to turning wrenches in the shop, which led me to traveling for service and installation. The next logical step was moving to sales and marketing, where I enjoyed making sales calls and working trade shows. My career path gradually took a more administrative turn and here I am leading the best team in our field. I've never been one to be afraid to get her hands dirty and I still enjoy working in the shop any chance I get. I still occasionally show up on installations when my team needs an extra hand. I love learning about new products and bringing them to our customers and having fun with my job. I've recently taken up social media posting via TikTok since none of my younger coworkers wanted to tackle it. It just goes to show that after 37 years in this industry, this ol' gal can still learn new tricks!
