Cat is an advocate focused on harmonizing sectors to develop and sustain a globally competitive industrial workforce.
With 16+ years in U.S. Manufacturing, she has co-chaired national advocacy summits, directed North American accreditation and certification initiatives, and managed federal grants and contracts to expand apprenticeships, including for justice-involved women and youth.
As AMT's Director of Community Engagement, she leads initiatives to strengthen stakeholder relationships and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals. She also directs programs at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) to foster inclusive talent ecosystems, including Elevate: Women Make Manufacturing Move and the Smartforce Student Summit.
