Professional Bio
I am a product owner with Hexagon ALI, where I collaborate with a global team of developers, internal stakeholders and customers to deliver valuable software solutions. My work focuses on the Operations space of digital Shift Handovers, Control of Work, Management of Change and Incident Management applications.
Before transitioning into product management, I built a strong foundation in industrial operations and project delivery. I began my career in the Unilever Graduate Program, spending two years as a maintenance engineer within a manufacturing environment. I later moved into the industrial software space, holding roles as Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Implementation Engineer before stepping into my current product-focused position.
These experiences give me a deep understanding of both operational challenges and the technical delivery of enterprise software, enabling me to bridge the gap between user needs and product outcomes effectively.
