Cassie Cooper

Cassie Cooper has been with Timpte since 2017, where she’s grown her career at a company that builds dry bulk commodity trailers for agriculture and fracking across North America. Her journey began in the small part areas of a trailer assembly, where she built hands on skills and learned the flow of production from the ground up. Over time, she worked her way up and now leads the final assembly areas, ensuring every trailer meets the standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Her day-to-day tasks includes keeping the team organized, production flowing, and driving continuous improvement.

She’s completed CPR and leadership training through Timpte and attended the Affinity Safety Conference in San Francisco to broaden her perspective on workplace safety. As a leader on the company’s Safety Committee, she works closely with others to motivate safety practices and encourage a shared sense of responsibility throughout the organization.

She’s always looking for ways to grow and improve, not just in her own work, but in helping others do the same. She enjoys coaching and supporting her team, sharing what she’s learned, and creating an environment where people feel encouraged to learn, step up, and succeed together.
