Cassey Cavendish

Cassey Cavendish is currently serving as First Line Manager at The Boeing Company. Her background is Supply Chain Management, Cassey is currently Manager in production manufacturing. Cassey has supported and/or currently supports Boeing in roles such as Safety Focal, Employee Engagement Leader, Cross-Functional team member and trainer. Her outside affiliations are National Society for Leadership and Success (NSLS), and Phi Beta Kappa (PBK). She has a passion and desire to connect with people. This passion drives focus, motivation, and change; empowering her immediate team, peers, and the shop she works in. She desires to bring meaning and fulfillment in mentoring. Her anticipation in the mentoring process is to promote professional growth, motivation, and assist mentee's in meeting both short-term and long-term goals. Cassey has an Associate’s Degree in Business and a degree in Theology and Biblical Studies. She is currently attending Everglades University for a Bachelors in Aviation/Aerospace with a focus in Management. Cassey is certified in Six Sigma Lean Principles and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University.
