Brynn Holmes is a commercially astute, strategic senior leader with over 20 years of global experience across Pharmaceutical Excipients, Food & Beverage, Infant Formula, and FMCG sectors.
Currently serving as Global Director of Manufacturing Pharma Excipients and Director of Manufacturing in Rothschild, WI, Brynn is known for her transformational leadership, data-driven decision-making, and ability to deliver sustainable results across multi-site operations.
Her career spans a wide range of high-impact roles, from leading global capacity strategy programs to integrating complex acquisitions and driving operational excellence. Brynn has a proven track record of improving cost efficiency, enhancing team engagement, and executing multimillion-dollar capital projects with precision. She is deeply committed to building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety and quality, and aligning manufacturing strategies with commercial goals.
Brynn holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.
