Kate Loughran joined Bridgepoint Investment Banking in 2021 as a Managing Director, bringing more than 14 years of M&A advisory and capital raising expertise. Based in Denver, Kate leads the firms coverage of the Industrials sector.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Kate was a Director in Bank of America’s Global Industrials Group, where she focused on creating successful outcomes for clients in the Chemicals, Materials, and Manufacturing verticals. Over the course of her career, Kate has advised on more than 50 M&A and capital raising transactions representing over $150 billion of deal value.
Kate holds a BSBA in Finance, Operations & Information Management, and Computer Science from Georgetown University. She is passionate about encouraging, mentoring, and creating opportunities for women in finance and is a champion for workforce inclusion and the diversity of opinion. Kate prioritizes community impact and proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Michael Lynch Memorial Foundation and the Golden Circle of the National MS Society. Kate is an avid traveler, climber, and mountaineer with successful summits on four continents, ten countries, and over 40 U.S. states.
